What is yoga? And how can it change your life?

Nowadays, so many people are increasingly getting stuck to one type of lifestyle and thinking, and consequently it becomes very difficult for them to change it. But, there’s always a possibility if you wish for something, from the heart. If you feel lost and are thoroughly fed up with your routine – you have a chance to make your life more colorful and enjoyable. You’ll need an hour a day and a yoga mat, and that’s it… You don’t need to buy fancy clothes, expensive sneakers or shoes, nor do you need a particular space. You’ll need just a little bit of space and yourself. And learn how to be present, and true to yourself.

Is your life overrunning with negatives? Are you dreaming of a joyful time? Make it. You are capable enough to make your life beautiful and meaningful, improve your health and emotional aspects. Through the practice of yoga, not only can you learn more about yourself and society, but also the whole universe. You can understand how the laws of nature work.

Even if you spend an hour a day, once a week – you’ll benefit from it. You can even benefit just from 20 minutes of breathing in a particular way, or from 5-7 minutes of meditation. The secret is already known: make an effort – get a pay off. The positive outcome is going to follow.

It is said in the Patanjali Yoga Sutras that ‘Asana’ – is a steady and comfortable posture. When you try it for the first time, you’ll be amazed how simple it is but also how difficult it is to perform, though it just has to be maintained for a little while. After a few weeks of practice, you can notice how your muscles become smoother, your breathing deeper, and your mind calmer. Be yourself – let yourself be in the ‘here and now’.

What is yoga? And how can it change your life? Where to practice yoga?

Well… If you’re based in Sochi – this is certainly a great opportunity for you to improve your health and lifestyle, and to learn something new and useful. Yoga will become a toolbox, which you can carry with you throughout your life and apply it in many situations. We are human beings and our psychologies are quite demanding, but there are always ways to understand little more about yourself and others, and apply it.

Are you afraid of public speaking? Are you not confident enough? Is your memory getting worse? Do you feel weak? Then definitely come and do some yoga with us! Just one hour a day will bring you a great benefit. Be happy who and where you are…

See you soon in Sochi!

Sincerely yours,

Svetlana Elfimova
