Project Poetry  launched alternative nights of poetry and music in the heart of the city at Old Street. Everyone is welcome to come with poems to read, songs to sing, costume to show off, story to tell, music to play and thoughts and ideas to share. Come to perform or come to listen – be you a teacher of music and literature or even if the last book you opened was back in school. Excited or tired, clever or silly, happy or sad, beautiful or can’t be bothered – be there come what may with no conditions except for one: just make sure it’s the real you.
