Enjoy yourself at the end of the year – come & do yoga
it’s been a while since my last post here. I came with the news, good news. Starting in November we are going to have a bigger room for wonderful, relaxing, rewarding and fulfilling yoga classes on weekly basis.
Who said it’s time to take a break off and let you stay without yoga even if it’s half term? Join and Enjoy. I will be teaching this year until 28th of December for the sake of all of us.
Hatha Yoga in Hatch End, London.
On Tuesdays, every week, at 7 – 8.15 pm at Harrow Arts Centre, Grimsdyke room.
Fee: 10£ drop-in or 8£/class if paying in advance for 5/10 classes.
So far we have about 5 people in a group and they thoroughly enjoy the classes. I use a singing bowl from Rishikesh at the end of each class while students are in savasana to make they mind extra focused yet calm. We practice in the light of safe candles with slight aroma of vanilla.
Those who have been with me for 10 weeks practicing weekly can see the changes and improvements, they became more positive about everyday life, learn acceptance and that the life changes all the time even if our routine may look the same.
I love hosting these classes because I love to share some positive, encouraging and also practical things that people may apply into their lives to make it better. Our classes are suitable for everyone – it’s called “mixed ability” class – exactly because elder people, young strong guys, mums and dads and all others – practice together and feel good about it. It’s my responsibility to make you feel good and have an effective & safe yoga class with lots of benefits that you gonna learn about if you join.
